Lovely waxy orange tubular bell shaped flowers with shades of red and pink in May-June. Height 30-40cm in 10 years. This is a rare plant that will be of particular interest to enthusiats.
Dwarf Rhododendrons don’t mind the sun but they hate too much heat, so do avoid reflected heat from South facing walls and patios, particularly if planting in containers. This plant requires well drained soil, and cool conditions and it dislikes fertilizer.
