(H4) Trusses of semi-double, pale bluish-mauve flowers, with green-brown flare. Free flowering in late May-June. Flowers last well, especially in some shade. Fast growing, vigorous and ideal for screening. An excellent well mannered plant to use instead of Rhododendron ponticum which is too invasive. Height 180cm in 10 years.
