Beautiful waxy cardinal red flowers on a really special plant. It has textured dark green leaves with orange brown indumentum below. It resembles a compact R. strigillosum and has the same interesting bristly leaf. It flowers in April and young growth is reddish brown. We would recommend some shelter. Height 100-120cm in 10 years.
