Bright yellow flowers with a deeper orangey yellow blotch and wine red markings in the throat. We love this plant because it flowers in late May, but also in September and October when it is a really welcome addition to the garden. Height 120-140cm in 10 years.
As with all yellow Rhododendrons, this plant does need good drainage (but not dry conditions!).
