Hardy Hybrid Rhododendron
Hardy hybrids are those associated with the classic rhododendron walk in historic gardens. Indeed, many of the varieties selected here are historic themselves, and have stood the test of time because they perform so well in our climate. We have also chosen the best of the new varieties from around the world, to make a particularly good and interesting range. Here you will be able to select plants to give a full season of colour from January through to July (with a peak in May!) Most heights will be in the range 125-200 cm after 10 years, but will continue growing more slowly after that.
5 or 7 litre pots, according to habit of plant
Both sizes typically 40-60 cm tall, 3-4 years old
Larger rootballed and specimen sizes also available, please enquire
