Species Rhododendrons
We pride ourselves in one of the best ranges of rhododendron species in the world, and we try to propagate these from collectors' seed, or recognised good forms. The recent influx of new species collected as seed from the Himalayas by experts such as Alan Clark, Peter Cox, Ted Millais and Keith Rushforth, is now showing its value, and we urge you to stock up now if interested. It could be years before some of these seedlings are available again! The species in this section are those which do not fit into the Dwarf, Small leaved, or Big leaved sections, and many are wonderful foliage plants. They will typically reach between 50cm and 180cm in 10 years.
