(H5)  A beautiful, upright, pink-flushed, white flowers appear before leaf burst in mid-April, profusely borne on older trees. Vigorous, branching tree, ultimately reaching 50-60ft in favourable conditions.
A full sun to part shade lover, best grown in consistently moist, acidic, well-drained soils. Provide sheltered site as buds and flowers may be damaged by cold winds, and late frosts. Shape and size can be controlled by pruning which should be done either immediately after flowering or during late summer. Height 400-600cm in 10 years.

M. campbellii x M. denudata
