Pretty clear pink flowers with flared purple flecks flowering in March - April. This plant has wonderful glossy convex or curved leaves with compacted fawn indumentum on the underside and bluish young growth. Height 60-80cm in 10 years. We have tried several different clones of clementinae over the years, but this Forrest clone is by far the best performer. Named after the great plant collector George Forrest's wife, Clementine.
Typically the Taliensia subsection are prostrate or rounded and have a compact habit. This variety does need good drainage and can be shy to flower but is certainly worth collecting for it's outstanding foliage.
